  • we know you are as thrilled to try your new gear as we are, so we usually ship once a week. holidays, extreme weather conditions and other unforeseeable circumstances may delay the shipping process by a couple of days. you will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order is ready to ship.

  • we do offer international shipping at the best possible rates. some of our overseas partners may offer the same products as we do closer to you and therefor at a more affordable shipping rate.

  • we strive to offer the highest quality products, designed to be inspiring and long lasting. however, if your new piece of equipment does not live up to your expectations, we will offer a refund if you contact us within 14 days of your tracked delivery. please note that you would be responsible for shipping the item back to us in the original packaging.

  • while we do not offer any warranty directly, manufacturer warranties may apply. should your new gear be faulty, we will connect you with our collaborators and help you reach a resolution. please reach out to us through our contact form so we can initiate further communication.
