How long until my order is shipped?

We know you are as thrilled to try your new gear as we are, so we usually ship within 5 business days. Holidays, extreme weather conditions and other unforeseeable circumstances may delay the shipping process by a couple of days. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via E-Mail when your order is ready to ship.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping at the best possible rates. Some of the brands we carry might be available closer to you and therefore at a more affordable shipping rate. Due to regulations, a small number of our products can not be sold outside of the US.

While we offer worldwide shipping, please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all import fees and taxes designated by the buyer’s country of residence. 

Whats your refund policy?

We strive to offer the highest quality products, designed to be inspiring and long lasting. However, if your new piece of equipment is not in functioning order or doesn’t live up to your expectations, we will offer a refund. In order to claim that refund, you must contact us within 14 days of your tracked delivery. Please note that you would be responsible for shipping the item back to us in the original packaging.

Do you offer warranty?

While we do not offer any warranty directly, manufacturer warranties may apply. Should your new gear be faulty, we will connect you with our collaborators and help you reach a resolution. Please reach out to us through our contact form so we can initiate further communication.

Do you require signature on deliveries?

We know how exciting New Gear Day is and we want to make sure your gear is protected. We will be sending orders above $1,000 with signature required.

Can I get more than 1 of your limited releases?

It really depends on the quantity we have available. We will add a note to the product page if there is a limit in place.
