Shipping policy

Order processing times 

  • We know you are as thrilled to try your new gear as we are, so we usually ship within 5 business days. Holidays, extreme weather conditions and other unforeseeable circumstances may delay the shipping process by a couple of days. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via E-Mail when your order is ready to ship.

Order tracking details

  • Along with your shipping confirmation E-Mail, you will also receive a tracking number. The shipping company usually picks up the package within 24 hours, so you can keep an eye out for target delivery estimates. If you are having trouble with your tracking number, please contact us at answers@cultfx.com. 

International shipping options 

  • We offer worldwide shipping at the best possible rates. Some of the brands we carry might be available closer to you and therefore at a more affordable shipping rate. Due to regulations, a small number of our products can not be sold outside of the US.

Additional international shipping costs to consider

  • While we offer worldwide shipping, please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all import fees and taxes designated by the buyer’s country of residence. 

Returns, changes, and cancellations 

  • We strive to offer the highest quality products, designed to be inspiring and long lasting. However, if your new piece of equipment is not in functioning order or doesn’t live up to your expectations, we will offer a refund. In order to claim that refund, you must contact us within 14 days of your tracked delivery. Please note that you would be responsible for shipping the item back to us in the original packaging.

Pre-order cancellations and refunds

  • As most of these products are built to order, pre-order items are only eligible for cancellation while the pre-order remains active and open. Deposits are non-refundable after the pre-order period has closed. The expected shipping time range will be added to the product page - it is important to remember that these dates may change due to production or other unforeseeable delays. We will be sure to provide you with periodic updates.
