Refund policy

We strive to offer the highest quality products, designed to be inspiring and long lasting. Pre-Order products are not eligible for refunds after the pre-order period has ended. 

If your new piece of equipment does not live up to your expectations, we will offer a refund if you notify us at answers@cultfx.com within 10 days of your tracked delivery. Please note as we are a small business, you would be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us in it's original packaging.
